Day 1: Who What Wear's 30-Day Winter Wardrobe Challenge

January 18, 2015

Yesterday, Who What Wear posted their 30-Day Winter Wardrobe Challenge. Each day of the challenge has a different outfit, and the task for the first day is...

Break the "rules" and wear white pants.

"No white after labor day" is an old rule in fashion, but rules are made to be broken! I took a pair of summery white jeans from Nordstrom, and I matched them with this heavy woven top to create an in-season outfit. I love the contrast this bright blue top creates with the white denim. I'm also wearing my brand new Tory Burch Robinson Pebbled Large Wristlet. You can read more about my favorite new accesssory here!

I dressed up this basic top with my Tory Burch Mini Clover Chain Necklace. I just bought this necklace last week, and I've worn it almost every day since. It's simple but elegant, and it looks great with all of my outfits! On my wrist, I'm wearing a classic Tory Burch Wrap Bracelet , a Tory Burch Triple-Wrap Pearl Charm Logo Stud Bracelet, and a Fitbit Flex. (Also, please excuse my lack of a manicure!!)

I'm also wearing my brand new Tory Burch Tarulli Over-The-Knee Boot. I am so excited about these boots! They were featured in Tory Burch's fall runway show during New York Fashion Week, and they are absolutely stunning.  Made of soft distressed suede and leather, these boots are stylish and comfortable. I love the unique details on the back of the boots. Another cool feature is that these boots can be worn over the knee (as shown), or the top portion can be folded down, creating an entirely different look!

I'm having so much fun participating in the Who What Wear 30-Day Winter Wardrobe Challenge! Don't forget to post your own outfits and tag them with #WWWwinter30!
